We provide vacuum formed trays in a number of varying specifications such as polypropylene and APET. These trays can be custom made to your exact specifications.
Vacuum forming works by heating & forming plastic sheets up to 6 mm thick over a low cost wooden or aluminium tool. Vacuum forming offers the ability for parts to have built in features such as finger access holes or the option for parts to stack on top or nest inside each other.
