Panel Ring

The panel ring, made of the same blend of injected polypropylene used in the body of the PARAPRO cases, can be easily mechanically mounted in the slots embedded in every model, by mean of the new improved panel mounting brackets.
Every Panel Ring comes in a kit that includes the ring, the panel mounting brackets to install it on the case, all screws necessary for fixing the ring and the brackets, and a neoprene o-ring which will prevent water from leaking underneath the installed panel in case of accidental water splashing.
The new PANEL RINGS give all the designers of special equipment and solution providers a fundamental tool to develop new customized solutions based upon several different case models available, with the comfort of the best protection against shock, dust and water.

The ring is solvent welded in place 0.5 inch below the rim of the case. Brass threaded inserts (8-32) are embedded in the ring for rigid attachment of an instrument panel. A foamed neoprene O-ring seals the panel to the ring.
